Our Ultralight Rear Sprockets are manufactured right here in Southern California from ultra-strong aerospace grade 7075 aluminum alloy coupled with the finest in strength enhancing post production coatings all aimed at providing you with a superior product that performs just as beautifully as it looks.
Our T3 Black finish is a high gloss anodized coating which produces a profoundly rich, black finish while also chemically altering the aluminum alloy on a molecular level thus improving the overall rockwell hardness and wear resistance of the material itself. Science, am I right?
Our Hard Chrome finish is applied using a chemical plating process consisting of several layers of copper plating which are throughly polished between layers and ultimately topped with a dense chrome plated top layer which, much like our T3 Black coating, adds a significant level of strength and hardness to the material leading to increased wear resistance. Once the Chrome plating process is completed each sprocket is polished to a mirror finish for the ultimate shine that will compliment even the flashiest of builds.
