• RETURNS 

Returns will only be considered on like new, unopened / uninstalled items within 7 days of delivery, and must be confirmed with TrackerDie before being returned. Please reach out to us via phone or email to obtain an RMA number for the items to be returned. TRACKERDIE reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds outside of the aforementioned window. However, shit happens sometimes, email returns@trackerdie.com with your situation and we MAY be able to help. No guarantees. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

The CUSTOMER will be responsible for paying all shipping costs incurred during the refund process. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be refunded. Items shipped under our Free Shipping option will also have the shipping cost deducted from the refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, TRACKERDIE will process your refund to be deposited to your original method of payment. The amount of time for a refund to clear your account will vary from bank to bank so please give 3-5 days before contacting us regarding the status of your refund. 

• EXCHANGES

If you are looking to exchange a product for another, email returns@trackerdie.com with your order number, and what you are looking to do. Exchanges will only be honored within 30 days of delivery and will be handled on a strictly case by case basis by the TRACKERDIE staff. Product must be unopened / uninstalled. Please contact us with any questions. 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Orders may be canceled free of charge within a 24 hour period. Once 24 hours has past, cancellation of an order will be subject to the discretion of TRACKERDIE. "Special Order" items will NOT be refunded/cancelled after the 24 hour cancellation window has passed. This saves us from being stuck with an large/expensive product that we do not normally stock in store. If you have a question as to whether or not an item is considered "Special Order" please email us for more information BEFORE placing your order. Once an order has been placed you are agreeing that you have read and understand our policies. Canceled orders approved by TRACKERDIE outside of the aforementioned window may be subject to a restocking fee.
