Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to TDSC International LLC, 1950 Compton Ave Unit 115, Corona CA 92881.
  • Website refers to TrackerDie, accessible from
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Fulfilled refers to an Order that has been processed for shipment.

Order Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24hrs without giving any reason for doing so. Requests for cancellation outside of the aforementioned window will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Cancelled Orders outside of the 24hr window may also be subject to a reshelving fee. Once an order is marked as Fulfilled, whether partially or fully, it may no longer be cancelled. Please refer to Our policy on returns for fulfilled orders.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of Your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of Your decision;

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the date on which We approve Your cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

The deadline for returning Goods is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party You have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. Once We have received and inspected the returned Goods, We will contact You via email with the rejection or approval of Your return.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were received in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are unused and free of any damage
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, including but not limited to; Helmets, Eyewear, Gloves, Apparel etc.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • The supply of Goods which fall into the following categories;
    • Electrical items
    • Chemicals / Fluids
    • Cleaning products
  • The supply of Goods that are considered to be Special Order. (This will be notated in the product description).

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.

In order to begin the returns process, You must first inform Us of Your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision;

Once the return process has been initiated You have the option of obtaining a return shipping label directly from Us or You may provide Your own shipping label, if preferred.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Return labels We provide include insurance and tracking information, however, if choosing to obtain Your own shipping label, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If;

  • You paid for shipping with Your order, the amount You paid will be deducted from Your final refund amount.
  • You chose "Free Shipping" for Your order, the amount that We paid for any applicable shipping labels will be deducted from Your final refund amount.

We reserve the right to adjust the balance of Your final refund to reflect any applicable fulfillment/return shipping costs associated with Your order.

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We approved the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, minus any applicable fees/deductions incurred.
